Important Update: Fully Bulk Billed Practice.
As of 1 November, our Centre is now a fully bulk-billed practice for all current Medicare card holders.
This means there will be no out-of-pocket cost for standard GP consultations when you present a valid Medicare card.
Please note that procedure fees and treatment room costs may still apply if additional services are required (such as dressings, iron infusions, excisions, or other minor procedures).

Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of staff wages, insurances, medical supplies and utilities, grouped with the fact that for many years, Medicare rebates have failed to keep up with the inflation and do not reflect the cost of delivering high-quality general practice services. The cost of running a practice has continued to rise annually. It is financially no longer possible to continue to provide high quality medical service whilst bulk billing all of our patients.
Appointments
Consultation is by appointment. Urgent cases will be seen on the day of request and will always be given priority. Appointments can be made by telephoning the practice, booking online or by visiting the practice in person.
Longer consultations are available; please advise reception if you require extra time when booking your appointment. If you require an insurance medical, review of a complex health problem, counseling for emotional difficulties or a second opinion about someone else’s management, please book a longer appointment. This may involve a longer wait but your problem will get the attention it deserves. Please bring relevant letters and test results from other doctors.
No Show and Cancellation of Appointment less than 2hours of notice
Please notify reception well in advance (minimum 2hr prior) if you are unable to attend an appointment. Failure to attend will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
